Beer Descriptions

Year Round:

Bluetail Blonde: Light, bready and slightly sweet. Reminiscent of a Kolsch but with a bit more malt flavor and late hop character. 5% ABV, 17 IBU
Horned Honey Pale: A moderately malty, bready pale ale with notes of honey contrasted with floral and citrus hops. 7.1% ABV, 35 IBU
Reptilian IPA: A balanced American style IPA with citrus, tropical fruit and pine flavored hops. 6.8% ABV, 70 IBU
Chuckwalla Abbey: A Belgian style abbey ale. Malty with hints of bread, nuts, noble hops and chamomile. Also has subtle fruity and spicy flavors contributed by the yeast. 6.3% ABV, 25 IBU
Desert Dweller Dubbel: A Belgian style double. Intensely malty with notes of plums, cherries, chocolate, nuts and clove. 7.4% ABV, 20 IBU
Chameleon Amber: A very complex and satisfying American style amber ale. Fruity and piney American hops contrasted with notes of caramel, toast, nuts and honey. 5.8% ABV, 40 IBU

Spiny Irish Red: Subtle toasty, caramel and honey notes with a dry, roasted finish. 5.3% ABV, 20 IBU

Basilisk Brown: An English style brown ale with oats. Silky smooth with flavors of toast, oats, roasted nuts and chocolate balanced with English hops. 5.5% ABV, 25 IBU
Desert Night India Black Ale: Chocolate, coffee, caramel and roasted nut flavor balanced with fruity, herbal and citrus hops. 6.8% ABV, 70 IBU
Black Bearded Oatmeal Stout: Thick, creamy stout with toasted oat, chocolate, roasted barley and caramel notes. 5.3% ABV, 35 IBU

Legless Double IPA: An American double IPA with an intense orange and tropical fruit hop profile. 8.4% ABV, 100 IBU

Current Seasonal Beers (Updated January 13, 2018):

Double Honey Wit: A strong Belgian wit with spicy, fruity notes contributed by the yeast that blend well with subtle notes of honey. 9% ABV 20 IBU

Strong Scotch Ale: Velvety caramel and malty notes with a hint of earthy tones complete with a smooth dry finish . 9% ABV, 25 IBU

Double Chocolate Stout: A very rich, smooth, chocolatey stout with hints of toffee and dark fruit. 8% ABV, 40 IBU

Biscochito Brown: The name says it all! 8.2% ABV, 30 IBU

Belgian Strong Dark: Rich, intensely malty and moderately sweet with notes of bread, nuts, chocolate and dark fruit (most notably cherries). 10.5% ABV, 30 IBU
